The quote you will recieve is very competitive for this field. You will find other companies that charge less - much less. But the cheapest work is usually just that - cheap. You really get what you pay for. Not one web designer or developer who has any skills will use them for much less then they are worth. On the other end of that, my rates are incredibly low comparing to many companies. Being able to work from home keeps my overhead very low, so I don't need to charge for office space and everything that goes along with an office.
